Join the ECR subcommittee in 2024

The Society for Social Medicine & Population Health Early Career Researcher subcommittee is delighted to be recruiting new officers for 2024!

We are looking for early career researcher (ECR) members (e.g. PhD students, postdocs) to join us in the following roles:

Two Glasgow Local Officers: This role involves leading the organisation of the annual SSM pre-conference event in September. You will liaise closely with the Local Organising Committee to deliver the ECR day.

Where you work (organisation and town/city)
The name of one existing member of the SSM (in good standing) who is willing to support your candidature. If you do not know any existing members of the SSM, please email us and we can find out if there are any members in your institution who might be willing to support you.
Up to 75 words describing what you would bring to the subcommittee
The position/s for which you are applying

If multiple nominations are received for a role, elections will be held electronically in a one-week period following the closing date. Only your name and <75-word description will appear on the ballot.
