I am a PhD student at the University of Loughborough, School of Sport, Exercise, and Health Sciences. I graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Nutrition from King’s College London in 2020. Throughout my time as an undergraduate, I undertook research internships in a broad spectrum of nutrition topics including early nutrition in an animal model, the Geometric Framework, and the health benefits of prebiotics in blackcurrants in a human trial.
