Snehal Pinto Pereira is an Associate Professor in Population Health and Applied Statistics, UCL
Snehal leads work in three main areas: on obesity, physical activity, strength and ageing; on how specific child maltreatment is related to outcomes in adulthood; and a study aiming to describe the clinical phenotype and prevalence of post-COVID symptoms in children and young people. Outside work, she keeps busy with her two small children and yearns for the days when she has time to read books for pleasure again! Snehal has experience trying (and most times failing!) to get grants and fellowships!
