The 9th UK/Ireland Conference on Occupational and Environmental Epidemiology, is in Oxford this year, on Thursday 16th April at the Ship Street Centre, Jesus College, Oxford.
The keynote lecturers are:
- Prof John Buckley, Applied Exercise Science, University of Chester: “Standing up for health – more leg and less bum”
- Dr Sari Kovats, Social and Environmental Health, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine: “The public health science behind the UK’s response to climate change”
There is a reduced registration fee of £50 until 27th March, after which time registration will be £75.
Student awards: if you are a student and wish your work to be considered for one of the awards, please tick the relevant box when submitting your abstract. The best student presentations (oral or poster) in each of the occupational and environmental categories will receive a £100 book token.
